It was good to see this Liverpool tall ship back in Whitehaven so shortly after the Maritime festival. A baltic trader built in 1899 she ended up lying on the bottom of the mersey for 6 years until being restored by Dave Murray, a Liverpool sailing enthusiast with a vision. This great little tall ship is now providing a platform for teaching people, often from disadvantaged backgrounds, about sailing and diving.
