Cogra Moss is a small trout lake nestling in the valley between Sharp Knott, Blake Fell and Knock Murton and is maintained by a dam at the west end which feeds into Rakegill beck.
Apart from the fishing opportunities, for which permits can be obtained for the year or just a day, Cogra Moss provides a pleasant location for a gentle walk. It is easily accessible via a good path which runs from a small car park at Felldyke through the forestry plantation along one side of the valley and along the edge of the lake.
