The Dusty Miller is an old pub in the old town area of Whitehaven on the Albion Street, Strand Street junction at the bottom of Rosemary lane. Matthias Read's famous Bird's Eye View of Whitehaven painting from the first half of the 18th century shows a wind-mill like this near St. James church along from Windmill Brow.
